Plenitude Senstation On Ice is back!

Transforming our stations–and surrounding areas–into public spaces. This is the objective of Grandi Stazioni Retail that renews its commitment in the ambitious project of giving back to the city, to families and to the Milanese one of its most important and significant squares.
Senstation On Ice is coming back to Milano Centrale: the largest open-air iced track in Italy that, for the second year running, is going to animate Piazza Duca d’Aosta for the Christmas festivities from 7 December to 7 January.
An example of urban and social regeneration of one of Milan’s most crucial places dedicated to play, hospitality and inclusion.
A project that also speaks to sustainability, thanks to Plenitude, a partner in the venture, which is going to help power the installation by supplying certified electric energy generated by plants supplied 100% by renewable sources.
Radio Italia, the official radio of Plenitude Senstation On Ice, is going to accompany some evenings with special DJ Sets, promoting the event through its own channels.
Visitors in the Plenitude area will help illuminate the large tree by walking on special Pavegen tiles, a smart surface that generates electric energy from the movements made on it.
Children will also be able to bring toys and books they no longer use to the OBM Ospedale dei Bambini Milano – Buzzi Onlus association and donate them to the Vittore Buzzi Paediatric Hospital in Milan.
